This is Where Gen Z Gets Real About Mental Health.

Stay Weird. Stay Real. Stay Sane.

We’re chill, we’re trained, and we’re flipping therapy on its head—one Sane Slayer at a time.

Quick Hit: What Is Cerebrum?

Cerebrum is not your average therapy spot.

It’s a bold, brain-first mental health crew serving kids, teens, and young adults (ages 6–22). If you’ve got trauma, ADHD, anxiety, or just feel like your head’s in a blender—we got you.

Our licensed therapists (aka Sane Skullptors) use science-backed tools like EMDR, CBT, and DBT, but wrap it in creativity, color, and chill vibes. Because healing shouldn’t feel clinical—it should feel human.

Therapy That Feels More Like a Power-Up

What’s a Sane Session?

This is where the real work happens — without the stiff chairs or awkward silence.

Every Sane Session is a 1:1 with a licensed Sane Skullptor who gets what it means to grow up in a world that’s loud, weird, and overwhelming. You might talk, journal, doodle, practice grounding hacks, or play a game that actually rewires your brain.

Secret Sane Society (Coming Sept 2025)

Group therapy? Nah.

These are superhero adventures.

The Secret Sane Society is a six-week group quest where Sane Slayers team up to conquer skills like emotional awareness, communication, boundaries, and self-care—all through games, pizza-fueled sessions, and patch-earning missions.

Meet the Sane Skullptors

They’re not robots. They’re not TikTok therapists.

They’re the real deal.

Every Cerebrum therapist is fully licensed, trauma-informed, and trained in top-tier mental health tools—but more importantly, they’re down-to-earth, neurodivergent-affirming, and know how to meet teens where they are.

Quick Hit: Why Does Cerebrum Work?

Because we don’t do stiff chairs and generic advice.

We blend science-backed mental health tools with a creative, youth-first experience that actually feels like it’s made for you—not for your parents. Here’s the secret sauce:

  • EMDR:  Eye movement magic that helps unstick trauma and heavy memories without rehashing them
  • CBT: Brain hacks to flip anxious thoughts into something more real (and less mean)
  • DBT: Emotional surf lessons (aka how to ride the waves without crashing)
  • Play & Innovation: Art, games, mindfulness moves, and weird-but-useful tools you’ll actually want to try

Every Sane Session is built around what you need—not a one-size-fits-all checklist. It’s mental health support that doesn’t feel like a lecture—It feels like a power-up.

Not Sure If This Is Your Vibe? Read On.

Cerebrum is for you if…

  • You’ve tried therapy and bailed after one session
  • You hate being talked down to
  • You’ve got ADHD, anxiety, or trauma—but hate labels
  • You’re masking 24/7 and it’s exhausting
  • You want to feel more confident, focused, and like yourself again
  • You want tools, not just talk
  • You want a therapist who’s more “coach-meets-hype-squad” than clipboard-and-nod

If you’re a Gen Z or Gen Alpha kid trying to figure things out—and want support that’s actually built for your world—this is your spot.
