Launching September 1, 2025, the Secret Sane Society is a 6-week group experience designed to help teens grow emotionally, socially, and mentally—without making it feel like work.

Join the Adventure: Master Mental Health Skills, Play Games, and Earn Patches

Each SaneQuest is a weekly 60-minute mission inside Cerebrum’s bright, patch-filled HQ. You’ll team up with 8–12 other Slayers, earn patches, and collect skills like:


  • Emotional Intelligence
  • Healthy Communication
  • Boundaries (the good kind)
  • Coping & Mindset
  • Self-Care Habits (yes, sleep counts)
  • Plus… snacks. Always snacks.


Each mission ends with a Hero Ceremony and a brand-new patch for your Cerebrum backpack.

Secret Sane Society: How It Works

Each week, you’ll step into Cerebrum’s patch-covered HQ for a 60-minute SaneQuest. These aren’t just “meetings”—they’re missions. You’ll join a squad of 8–12 other Sane Slayers, pick your hero name, and dive into games and challenges designed to help you unlock serious skills: emotional awareness, healthy boundaries, clear communication, and solid self-care.


Here’s how a session might roll:

  • Dodging emotional curveballs in Emotion Freeze Tag
  • Solving your way through stress in Mind Maze
  • Practicing confident convos with Vibe Swap


Every session ends with a Hero Ceremony, where you earn a patch to add to your backpack and log your progress like the Slayer you are. No pressure to share. No sitting in a circle over-sharing. Just movement, learning, connection, and snacks.

We keep the crew small (8–12 max), so every Slayer gets real connection and attention. Sessions happen in person at our Blue Springs HQ, once a week after school. You’ll be grouped with other middle or high schoolers depending on your age, vibe, and readiness.
